Production factory

• In 2008, we completed the construction of the most modern bicycle production plant in Central Europe in Hořice v Podkrkonoší. The maximum capacity of the assembly line is 300,000 bicycles per year. The highest quality of assembly operations is ensured by equipment from the Italian company Marchetti.

The production hall also includes a storage area with a capacity of more than 24,000 m3 (this means storage for 60,000 adult bikes or 120,000 children's bikes).

The bikes produced here are sold on the markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania. Olpran is ready to meet the highest criteria and standards of assembly operations according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.

Thanks to the new production hall, Olpran can now rank among the leading bicycle manufacturers in Central Europe and offer its partners a wide range of services.
